“Laudato Sí” project with children and young people from the East Zone of São Paulo

The joint effort of the Laudato Sí Project in the organic garden is carried out by children, young people and adults who live in the Favelas in the East Zone of São Paulo; the MDF - Movement for the Defense of the Favelado; Reciclaorgânico in partnership with Sítio do Anjos.

Afterwards, the participating families receive a kit of the produced vegetables.

At the beginning of the work, there was a moment of mysticism in the Chapel of Our Lady of Guadalupe at Sítio dos Anjos: taking care, preserving, sharing, praising and giving thanks for the fruits of the earth.
